These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the JoinNEarn website, membership enrolment, collection of your data, and collection of payments through the payment gateway integrated on this site. By browsing, registering, logging in, submitting a form, or paying online, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or pay through the gateway. We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must provide true, current, and complete information.
• You must use a payment instrument that you are authorised to use.
• Membership may be refused or closed if we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, or prohibited activity.

3. Account and user data

To enrol or log in we collect identity, contact, and membership data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your member ID. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or a payment was used without authority.

You authorise JoinNEarn to store and process your data to run your account, take payment, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and fulfil ranks or prizes. False data may result in withheld prizes, reversed payments, or account closure.

4. Membership

JoinNEarn offers a published 13-rank path with point targets and prize gifts. Enrolment, points counting, monthly draws, and prize fulfilment follow rules we publish on the site or share with members. We may update points targets, prize descriptions, or draw dates for operational or legal reasons; material changes will be posted on the site or sent to the contact details on your account.

Membership is personal. You may not sell, lease, or transfer your account without our written consent. Rank progress that depends on points or network activity is not a guaranteed income and is not an investment product.

5. Payments and payment gateway

This website is used to collect payments. Checkout is completed through a third-party payment gateway. When you click to pay you are redirected or presented with the gateway’s secure page.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless we state otherwise. Applicable GST or other taxes may be added at checkout.
• A payment is complete only when the gateway returns a successful status and we record the transaction against your member ID.
• We may decline or reverse a payment that fails KYC, risk checks, or bank authentication.
• You authorise the gateway and its banks to debit the selected instrument for the displayed amount.
• We do not store full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Gateway terms and privacy rules also apply to you.
• A successful payment does not, by itself, guarantee a prize. Prizes follow rank and point rules.

If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but our site still shows “pending” or “failed”, keep the transaction reference and contact us. Settlement can take the gateway’s standard clearing time. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.

6. Ranks, draws, and prizes

Point counts, ranks, and prize names published on the Rewards page are the current programme. Gifts, vehicles, tours, and the villa are awarded only when the published point target and any additional written conditions are met. Images are illustrative. Colour, variant, or equivalent value may be substituted if a model is unavailable, with notice to the member.

Monthly draws, if offered, are conducted on or about the 15th of each month. We are not liable for delays caused by the member (incomplete KYC, unreachable contact, unpaid statutory dues) or by suppliers, logistics, or force majeure.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the site or gateway for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate points, draws, or payments
• Interfere with security, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or reverse-engineer payment flows
• Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in any member channel we operate
• Misrepresent JoinNEarn as a guaranteed-return, deposit, or banking product

8. Intellectual property

The JoinNEarn name, logo, layout, copy, and programme materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Prize brand names (vehicle makers and similar) remain those owners’ trademarks and are used only to describe gifts.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for gateway, bank, UPI, or telecom outages; for losses from unauthorised access that you could have prevented by keeping credentials private; or for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount actually received by us for that transaction, except where Indian law does not allow that limit (including proven fraud or wilful misconduct by us).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend login, withhold a prize, or close an account if you breach these Terms, a payment is charged back, KYC fails, or law requires it. You may ask to close your account by writing to us; we may retain financial records as required by tax and dispute rules. Outstanding lawful dues remain payable.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered operations in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights you have. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Indian consumer or data-protection law.
